
We were shooting last night at Waterstones in Piccadilly for a 'Ready Steady Cook Off' at Elior's demonstration kitchen. This event was organised by William Murray for Hospitality Action and involved 4 teams having to prepare dishes with unknown ingredients plus the 'three egg omelette' cook off. The overall winner was Jonathan Doughty of Coverpoint Consultancy and his team with Fiona Hamilton of William Murray and Diane Lane of the Caterer. Fun had by all!
